Our Middle St Cleveland Project consists of 3 levels of underground parking coupled with a 4-level medical hub that includes a short stay facility, medical imaging, numerous medical specialist suites and a few retail dining outlets on the Ground Floor. This Project will deliver over 6000m2 of Commercial space (Medical) and more than 5000m2 of covered parking to service the facility. The Cleveland Project is being delivered under a Design and Construct contract after an extensive Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) period.
